Question 1 - Email Verification

I created an account to Lenses but I did not receive a verification e-mail

Answer 1

If you did not receive a verification e-mail, before you do any action please ensure that

  • A resonable time has passed after the account creation ~5m
  • The verification e-mail did not land in spam folder or some other filter moved it to a differet folder

If you can not find the verification e-mail and more than 5min have passed, then ensure that you entered the correct e-mail address during the account signup.

For none verified e-mails, portal allows you to re-send an e-mail by doing a new signup.
